My background check process has now took over a week and im about to give up. Their app wouldn't accept my AZ drivers license when trying to can it, so I scanned my Military ID. Then after a couple days, I checked and status said processing. No other response or messaging received. I call them and I get an email back saying they can't accept my Military ID! They email me a QR code to scan and try again. when I try scanning the code, I just get a buzz, but no action. I call and get no help.
