The diagnostic tool is a great device. The only thing I hate is that, when it's ask for in update; you can't log-in unless you put a new email. What a dumb engineer design you're already put your device S/N, activation code and password. why a new email. it's just stupid update upload. I won't buy another Vident scanner again.

Connects to ODBII device, demands install update, but the update fails. cannot scan or do anything with this program or scanner. total junk.
