Tried 3 times to make a connection with the help center. Had a new phone, transferred everything over, but it still started me over, even though I was platinum. No one ever tried to contact me from the help center to give me the help I needed.

There you can explain your issue and our team will be happy to look into it. We typically respond to all app support requests by email within 48 hours.
