個人的にはかなり評価の高いアプリです！ 細かい編集もでき、エフェクトなども豊富でとても使いやすいです！ ですが、BGMが1回の編集で1個しか付けれないのが問題です💦 BGM流しながら他の効果音などを入れたい時に困っています… もし改善出来るようでしたら複数BGMを配置できるようにお願いします。

一度で購入したのに、また購入しろと表示される。ましてや広告まで出始めた。さらにウォーターマークや5分間の表示まで出るようになった。即対応してほしい、こちらは金銭を払っているのだから、相応のサービスを受ける権利がある。いい加減にしてほしい。

こんにちは、VivaCutProの購入に使用したGooglePlayアカウントにログインしてください。次に、VivaCut>設定>購入の復元を開きます。複数のアカウントを使用してGooglePlayにログインする場合は、GooglePlayでアカウント管理を開き、ログアウトする必要のあるアカウントをクリックして削除し、購入したメンバーのGooglePlayアカウントのみを保持してから、購入を再開してください。

とても素晴らしいと思うのですが、テンプレートを使用すると結構な数のものが画像選択後、『AIが壊れています』と表示され選んだ画像がすべて反映されないのですが解決策はありますか？まともに使えないのが残念です。

こんにちは、ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。画像をテンプレートにインポートできない場合は、VivaCut画像でサポートされている形式（jpg、gif、png）を検討してください。画像をインポートできない場合は、次のようになります。1.ファイル形式がサポートされていない。 2.画像が大きすぎます。画像形式が一致しない場合は、形式を変換して試してみることをお勧めします。解決しない場合は、もう一度フィードバックをお寄せください。フィードバックとサポートに感謝します！
