This app works fine as intended. It's meant to set your camera settings and to download/view video files if necessary. It's not meant to stay connected to your camera's wifi when driving and there's no reason to do so. I found I got the best connection when connecting in airplane mode, also make sure to accept a wifi connection without internet.

I should have read these reviews BEFORE purchasing the camera, but I didn't know what app it was using. Total waste of money and total waste of time trying to just keep it connected to wifi. 17 mile drive to work and i have to keep restarting every mile until I'm sick of it. Of course they won't let me send it back.

Overall doesn't work very well. Hard to connect. Doesn't stay connected. Doesn't record all the time properly. Date isn't correct, even after proper install. I'll stop now... missed a bunch of go shots because camera/ software is cr..
