Ratings and reviews

For the most part, this app was fine for the appointments I've had with it. I need information about the app and can't find any way to communicate with the company. I found a "contact us" email address, but get bounceback messages insisting I use the portal that I can't log into. It would be far better if I could get in touch with anyone to answer two simple questions about whether this app can provide data from calls (primarily time stamps and participants), but that's clearly asking too much.

As I'm trying to set up my account I've been stopped by "what portal would you like to sign into." I can't go forward with setting up my account, and can't contact anyone from Vidyo, comment on their page, or their Frequently Asked questions page WITHOUT SIGNING INTO AN ACCOUNT. By far the most frustrating experience with an app, especially when my child's pediatric specialist appointment is on the line. I can't express with words...

I use this app for work and use it almost every day. There are terrible connection issues. Also terrible sound problems. Half the time the sound doesn't come through or it sounds like I am typing the entire time and is extremely distracting. It is also a HUGE battery hog. I can easily lose 50% of my battery in a single call. This app needs some major fixing.
