About this app

BTN Driver is the app for truck drivers partnered with BTN, a freight transport network in Vietnam. This app is not for customers sending shipments.

PARTNER DRIVER ACCOUNTS
Accounts are issued by the dispatch team to drivers who have signed a partnership agreement and completed the paperwork required by Vietnamese transport regulations. You sign in with your phone number and a 6-digit PIN. To become a partner driver, call our hotline on 0988 692 980 — you will need a valid driving licence and a suitable vehicle.

ORDERS ASSIGNED TO YOU
Your dispatcher assigns orders directly to you. A new order appears on your home screen with everything you need: pickup point, drop-off point, cargo type, whether payment has already been collected, and exactly what you earn for the run. Confirm that you have seen it and you are on your way. No bidding, no competing for jobs.

MANAGE YOUR ORDERS
• See every order assigned to you, with pickup and drop-off points, cargo type and scheduled time.
• Follow each order through its stages: assigned, collecting, delivering, delivered.
• Review your history of completed and cancelled runs.

NAVIGATION AND TRIP TRACKING
• The map shows your position alongside the pickup and drop-off points.
• Your position updates automatically throughout the run so dispatch can follow your progress and step in when you need help.
• The update rate adjusts to distance on its own — sparse while you are far away, more frequent as you approach a stop — which saves battery on long hauls.

PHOTO PROOF OF PICKUP AND DELIVERY
• Take proof photos at pickup and at delivery, right inside the app.
• Report problems on individual items: damage, wrong address, unreachable recipient, refused delivery.

CALL IN ONE TAP
• Call the sender before pickup and the recipient while you are on the way.
• Reach the support hotline from the trip screen itself.

TRACK YOUR EARNINGS
• See total earnings, today's earnings and how many orders you have run.
• Transaction history is grouped by day and itemised into trip income, bonuses and platform fees, so you can reconcile it yourself.
• The app is free. You pay nothing to create an account or use any feature. The platform charges a service fee on each completed run.

FIVE LANGUAGES
The interface is available in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Switch language in the Profile tab.

SECURE SIGN-IN
• Phone number and a 6-digit PIN.
• Unlock with your fingerprint or face on later sign-ins; you can turn this off at any time.
• All data is encrypted in transit.

PERMISSIONS THE APP NEEDS
• Location, including in the background: keeps your trip updated while you are running an order, so customers can follow their shipment and dispatch can react quickly when something goes wrong. A notification stays visible in your status bar the whole time. Location sharing stops by itself the moment you deliver your last order. The app does not track you outside working runs.
• Camera and photo library: proof photos at pickup and delivery, and your profile picture.
• Notifications: new assigned orders and trip updates.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it inside the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
