About this app

Alocom is a catering supply chain management application that connects suppliers, warehouses, kitchens, and schools on a single system.

The application is for organizations working with Alocom. Accounts are provided by Alocom; you log in once, and the application automatically identifies your role.

WAREHOUSE KEEPER
• Receive, inspect, and store goods according to supplier orders
• Scan QR codes to find the correct order when the supplier delivers goods
• Create and track delivery notes
• Transfer goods between warehouses, confirming at both ends
• Declare expiration dates for each batch of goods received
• Report returned goods

KITCHEN STAFF
• Receive goods according to orders, take photos for verification upon receipt
• Submit feedback on quality and quantity of goods and track responses

SCHOOL
• Track meal orders by delivery date
• View number of meals, meal price, and total payable

• Reconcile accounts payable statements

SUPPLIER
• Receive and process orders, track delivery
• Create quotations, import quotations from Excel files

• Download delivery notes in Excel or PDF format

• Manage company records, legal documents, and delivery QR codes

Data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection. Each role only sees data within its job scope.
