About this app

An Thinh is an internal application for An Thinh employees and partners. Accounts are provided by An Thinh administrators; the application does not have an auto-registration function. Upon login, the application automatically identifies the role and displays the functions corresponding to that role.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
- Create and track warehouse receipt and dispatch slips
- Inspect incoming goods, take photos, and sign for confirmation directly on your phone
- Transfer goods between warehouses, check batch numbers and expiration dates

KITCHEN STAFF
- View incoming shipments to the kitchen and confirm receipt
- Take photos of goods upon receipt and processing
- Monitor kitchen inventory

SUPPLIERS
- Receive orders and track delivery progress
- Send product quotations
- Update supplier records and documents

SCHOOL
- View accounts payable for each meal order
- Submit feedback on orders

Access Permissions
- Camera: to take photos of goods, documents, and scan barcodes. Photos can only be sent to An Thinh's system.
