NewGreen is an internal application exclusively for the operational staff of NewGreen Company – a food processing and catering unit. Accounts are provided by NewGreen administrators and public registration is not supported.

FOR WAREHOUSE MANAGERS
• Create warehouse receipts and verify goods received from suppliers
• Prepare and track warehouse dispatch notes
• Create inter-warehouse transfer notes and confirm goods at the receiving end
• Scan barcodes/QR codes for quick inventory checks
• Monitor order processing progress: order printing → goods preparation → delivery
• View warehouse reports

FOR KITCHEN STAFF

• View daily orders by delivery time
• Receive and check goods: take photos, record discrepancies to report to the main warehouse/supplier
• Record the processing procedure step by step (receiving and checking – processing – portioning) with images
• Food inspection log: record and sign to confirm food safety inspection
• Create return slips

Images and data from the process are used to create QR codes for traceability of each meal.
