MAIN FEATURES

Warehouse Operations
• Create and approve warehouse receipt and delivery notes
• Conduct inventory checks and expiration date checks on the same note

• Transfer goods between warehouses

• Track the import and export history of each item

Kitchen Operations
• Receive goods from the warehouse and verify the actual quantity received
• Three-step food inspection log according to the prescribed template
• Create return notes for goods that do not meet standards

For Schools
• View meal orders by day and finalize the actual number of meals received
• Sign to confirm receipt of goods and view meal traceability

Operation Support
• Scan product barcode labels with the camera, no need to type manually
• Take photos as proof to attach to the note

Sign directly on the screen

• Push notifications when new notes need processing

The application has role-based access control; each person only sees their assigned tasks.
