About this app

VAS Meal Service is a business application developed by VAS Group, used for the industrial meal supply chain: from supplier quotation, delivery to warehouse, warehouse inspection, to kitchen cooking and delivery of meals to schools.

The application is for employees and partners who have been granted accounts by VAS Group. Users cannot register independently.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
• View the daily list of incoming goods by warehouse
• Check goods by product line, enter the actual quantity received
• Take photos of received goods and add notes directly to each line
• Attach legal documents: quarantine certificate, invoice, handover record
• Sign acceptance directly on the screen and then enter into warehouse

KITCHEN
• View orders by day and by assigned kitchen
• Compare ordered quantity with actual received quantity
• Rate suppliers after each delivery

SUPPLIER
• Receive a list of products proposed for quotation
• Enter the price of each item along with the validity period
• Upload quotations in bulk using a pre-made Excel file

• Monitor the approval status of each quotation

SCHOOL
• Monitor orders and delivery schedules of the school's catering kitchen
• View the number of meals served by day

DRIVER
• View the daily delivery route
• Confirm completed delivery points

The application requires an internet connection and Camera permission is granted to take photos of goods during inspection.

• Nhà cung cấp: duyệt báo giá hai bên với SA — chốt giá hoặc từ chối kèm giá mong muốn và lý do ngay trên từng mã hàng.
• Đơn nhập: nút Xác nhận / Không nhận luôn nằm ở đáy màn, không phải cuộn hết danh sách.
• Ô nhập không còn bị bàn phím che.
• Hiện số phiên bản ở màn đăng nhập và hồ sơ.
• Sửa lỗi nhỏ, cải thiện ổn định.
