To participate in the panel, you need to install the ViewersLogic app on your main mobile phone and keep it running in the background.

To earn EXTRA 100 daily points, your household’s main TV setup must include at least one of the following:

A Sky set-top box
A Virgin 360 or Virgin TiVo set-top box
An LG Smart TV or Samsung Smart TV with embedded Freeview

Up to 3 people per household can participate, provided each person enrols using their own main mobile phone.

For your participation, you will receive daily points that can be converted into Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards*.

ViewersLogic collects information about TV viewing and selected mobile online activity. This enables advertisers to better understand audiences and measure the effectiveness of TV advertising.

All research data is used in an anonymised and aggregated manner. ViewersLogic does not sell personal user information to third parties.

The app collects the following information:

• TV channels viewed
• Whether the TV is on or off
• Apps used on your mobile phone, including app name and time of use
• Google searches made on your mobile phone
• Web pages visited on your mobile phone
• Basic demographic information, such as age and gender
• Visited locations

The ViewersLogic app DOES NOT collect:

• Contact lists
• Content of messages in apps, such as WhatsApp messages or SMS
• Online form entries
• Phone numbers

This app uses Accessibility services, with your permission, to collect the following information:

• Websites you visit
• Videos you watch on VOD services
• Online purchases
• Names of pages visited on social media

This data is used only for market research and reporting in an aggregated manner.
