Insurance company is running a promotion if I complete an inspection with app I can get 75 dollars back. They must of know this does not work well at all. I can take the first picture return back to menu and app freezes. Relaunch app try to select menu buttons for none. The touch area of the button did not work and app freezes up again. Looks like I won't be be able to get money back. To the developer that reads this your email address listed above is a non deliverable box so what gives?

Very intuitive and convenient, taking my own photos is way better than having to coordinate with an inspector and pay those fees!

Take some knowledge of technology to download the app. But once you do it goes fairly easy.
