From the VIGILANT online platform in the office, you can plan all tasks (preventive and corrective) from day one and follow up online, keeping track of all pending, in-progress, completed, and canceled tasks at all times. Automatic notifications and reports are also generated with any information needed, as everything is parameterized: the task performed, attendance, time, client information, and also the route and GPS position of the employee.

This way, employees, using the VIGILANT NFC PLANNING AND TASKS APP, can perform daily work, perform supervision, maintenance, quality and process control, create checklists for planned preventive actions, send incidents via email with a photo, obtain digital signatures from those present, and more, all in a simple, intuitive, and accessible way.
