I am a Trans World Customer...Very disappointing on their inflexible policy! When customers travel overseas or are not home for two/three or more months,TW should offer an “Account Hold” or "Temporary Suspension" option instead of forcing them to pay the "Full Monthly Fee" for a service they are not using. Other service providers offer this basic customer-friendly flexibility, and even my Car Insurance Company reduces charges when a vehicle is parked and not being driven. TW..! Please change

one of the worst possible providr you can possibly work with if not the worst. this app is also pretty uselessand provides no real value except them begging for money time se.

Abysmal app for an abysmal internet service provider. Avoid them at all costs and their malarkey. I am very unfortunately a miserable customer of theirs, and believe me when i say this, avoid them at all costs. The app is a useless hodge podge of half baked stuff that never works. Avoid it.
