The application currently serves only the subscribers of Varna Waterworks (with Devnya, Provadia and Dolni Chiflik districts), Plovdiv Waterworks (with Plovdiv-city, Karlovo, Asenovgrad, Krichim, Trud, Parvomai, Rakovski, Laki, Rodopi, Saedinenie and Hisar districts) and Waterworks Burgas (with Aytos, Burgas-city, Kameno, Karnobat, Nessebar, Obzor, Pomorie, Primorsko, Sozopol, Sredets, Sungurlare, Tsarevo, Ruen and Malko Tarnovo districts). You will receive a notification of an accident or planned repair a few minutes after its publication on the company's official website. To receive notifications on Android version Tiramisu (Android 13) or later, you need to enable notifications for the app. Unfortunately, the information on the Varna Waterworks website is published late in 90% of cases and in only about 10% in advance. Information is received on average three times every hour, with the user having the option to manually refresh the information, and the limit is once every 3 minutes. You have the option to choose the notification method - only visual with a changing icon in the notification area, and also enable sound and/or vibration. ViK Alarm will not automatically notify you of the time between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., in order not to disturb the sleep of its users, in this interval, however, you can manually update the information if you wish. The application is extremely easy to use and set up, while taking up very little space on your device. The author of the application is not responsible for incorrect and untimely information regarding accidents and scheduled repairs. The information in the application is obtained directly from the publicly available websites of the companies, without any intervention. The application collects and uses absolutely no personal data about users and is free to use, contains no ads.
