(updated text) So the resizable widget is back, but the smallest version doesn't show the validity of the bundle, which is one of the most important information. Probably more than amount of Viking Points. Instead half of the space is wasted by the refresh button and... the hour of last update. And why so many updates of the app? Is it really so bug-ridden?

Hi Piotr, we are continuously adding new features to the app that were previously only available via the website i.e. price plan changes in-app. The widget updates itself so that the remaining credit keeps up to date. I will pass on the feedback for the smallest version! *DD
Rediculously bad for an app that needs to display some numbers. More often than not the widget doesn't work. And I usually end up having to go to the website anyway leaving me to wonder why I have this app in the first place. Once the final sliver of hope that this app will ever be more than the digital equivalent of a paperweight dissipates, I'll have to remove it and accept reality. This app sucks.

I'm very sorry to read this! :'( The App should be seen as an easy way to access your account of Mobile Vikings, and to have everything you need under your fingertips. Looks like this is not working at your end, and I am happy to investigate this further for you!

Every time I try to use the app I get the message that there are server issues. I logged out but then can't log in anymore. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, vikingpoints are sometimes not awarded. Even if you claim them with proof attached, they are not a usable. I have 'claimed points' from 3 years ago.

Can you please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with some additional information as the app version, phone brand and model?
That way we can have a look at your issue and make sure your can use our app again. ;-)
