It's time to update this 5-star review to something more becoming of the current state of MV. Ever since Proximus took the helm, their service has been in rapid decline. It's been "busier than usual" for a year. It's still the best bang for the buck but that's saying something about the current state of companies. It's all about profit optimisation and the customer is just an object to squeeze money out of. I used to be a proud Viking due to their impeccable service but those days are gone.

The data plan tracking is fine for what is is, with notifications when payment is due etc. No big issues experienced, though a lot of the options (ex. manage notifcations) have to be done via the website. On a similar note please put more emphasis on your own products. It is strange there is an entire tab of the app dedicated to other brand deals but I have to go through the website to look at options for internet subscriptions with the actual company.

You'd probably already noticed, but there's been some delay in responding to your email. Our **sincere apologies** for this, as this is absolutely not what you deserve as a Viking.
Has your question been **answered in the meantime** via another channel (social media, for example), all the better. Glad it's been resolved!

Fixed: The Usage tab is full of "free" entrees with "0 B" of data used every 1 or 10 minutes. While it is good to see a history, this obfuscates the entries where I do use my credit. It would be useful (for myself) if there is a way to filter out the free entries and to see a list of all paying entries or at least one where a hundred entries of zero bytes used are condensable into one entry. It's wonderful to have access to the csv file. :)
