About this app

You buy an apartment from a developer, alone, with a sales representative who knows the price list by heart. The discount, if any, is small.

At BuyIt, you join a group of buyers who are looking for the same project. You conduct one negotiation with the developer, for the entire group.

How it works

You look at the projects that have been opened for group buying.
You mark what interests you. It does not obligate you to anything.
When there are enough buyers, you sit down with the developer and get better terms.
Whoever chooses to continue, signs a sales contract with the developer. Directly, as with any purchase.

What's in the app

• All projects that have opened, with prices, apartment mix and location on the map
• Filter by location, property type, price and occupancy date
• Apartment plans, when available
• Prices of transactions that have been closed in the area, so you know what you're comparing against
• Tracking your group and what's happening in the project

What's important to know

Your contract is with the developer, not with us. At no point does the money pass through us.
This is not a purchasing group. You buy an apartment from a contractor, with a standard sales contract.
We review each project before it appears here. If it doesn't seem serious to us, it simply won't be included.
