VILAR is a one-button VPN.
The app automatically selects the working path and seamlessly reconfigures the connection when the network changes. There's no configuration or server selection required.
Russian services are connected directly. Banks, government services, marketplaces, and delivery services operate over your own network—it's faster, and that's how they're supposed to work. VILAR handles everything else. One connection instead of ten, no need to switch anything.

Already using VILAR on another device? Access is transferable: on the device where it is already active, open "Subscription" → "Add Device" and generate a transfer code, then enter it here.
HOW VILAR USES VPN
VILAR uses the system VpnService to route device traffic through an encrypted tunnel to VILAR servers; addresses of Russian services from the built-in list are sent directly, bypassing the tunnel. The tunnel is activated only by your tap and after Android consent; while it is active, a persistent notification appears in the notification bar. The app doesn't collect personal data, doesn't keep a browsing log, and doesn't transfer traffic to third parties.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Only a random device ID and access status—to connect you and show the expiration date. No name, email, or phone number—there's no VILAR account at all.
