Find tools to work with these conditions.
Use a mood tracker, record your thoughts and conditions, set reminders.
Create your own profile with an individual set of information and tools.
Important:
“Base” is not a replacement for psychotherapy and is not a panacea, but it is a chance to better understand your conditions and be able to provide yourself with primary psychological support.
The application has a crisis button, the function of which is to help regulate your condition when you “overwhelm”.
You can write to a psychotherapist and get an answer.
The application allows you to remain anonymous - the user indicates personal information only if desired.
Who will benefit from it?
Although the target audience of the application is veterans, anyone can use it. Educational materials and tools are relevant for all categories of users.
