Terrible QC. The features look great until you realize that they don't actually work. Pausing access never worked right, even after working with tech support for a few weeks. All of the router management is through the app via cloud access. This is great, until the router loses connectivity to the vilo cloud and then you can't change any settings as there is no local access. The most recent firmware upgrade has blocked said connectivity, and I can't do anything with the network.

Absolutely Frustrating! This thing does NOT work as intended, app showed me that there was a firmware update available but I couldn't apply it because the vilos were "offline" (even though all of them were online and working) tried restarting them to no avail, decided to delete the whole thing and restart and boy was that a nightmare!! 5 times tried connecting to the 1st one only to get hung up on the "adding Vilo to your account, this shouldn't take more than 30 seconds" which never happened.

Obama 2.0
Connected without internet. We've had no Wi-Fi for the past couple days and right when we think we've found a solution (this) the Wi-Fi doesn't even work! We're having a technician come and check out the problem, but until then the product has not completed its one job and will be left with a 1 star. I feel I should mention that I am a family member of the one who purchased this, so my review may not accurately reflect that of the buyer, but as a third party affected by it I am disappointed.
