Your last update in August is bad, and one can not top up again with paysafe voucher.. too bad. I was offered to buy phone number to my favourite country and i will not be paying the connecting fees per each call. I later discovered that it was false because am still been charged for connecting fees, my calls are often interrupted so as to be able to charge more for connection.. I wrote a complain but no response to my maill till now.

I am really disappointed with this app. I used it for a few months to make calls to my family in Afghanistan and the connection was satisfactory. However, since the last two months the app stopped working and I had about 10 euro in my account. I unistalled the app and reinstalled it but again the same problem! I emailed the ViMo team three times and got no reply! I feel like they stole my money! Really frustrated with this app! 😡

It is a convenient app and simple to use, however I'd like to suggest a change within the app, when I'm on the call through Vimo and get another call to my handset the Vimo call goes mute itself and you have to make the call again to be able to hear and talk.
