I've had a mini outdoor cam for over 2 years now. I rarely use it, because it loses connection so often. I intended to use it to keep an eye on my chickens, but as soon as I get 10 feet outside the house, the connection is sketchy at best. In addition, there is no option to install the app in a PC, so you can't keep your camera feed running on an indoor monitor. You always have to and can ONLY use your phone to monitor the feed. Boo

Haven't been able to login to my account for 2 days now. Unable to connect to server. Connection time out. Can use the local search and the camera works. But that's it. Why have a security camera if you can't login to your account. Update: Had to completely uninstall the app and then reinstall. Works now. Did this on my own. However should never have had to do this and no one ever responded to the diagnostics that were sent. So review stays.

App regularly crashes, randomly my devices will turn off, reset and just not record, even if it is scheduled to. When you press the camera or video buttons the images are saved to the cameras server rather than saved to the device using the app, so I have to rely on screenshots during livestream viewing. Cant view or upload clips or pics that are saved internally. In short, the thing does what it wants, when it wants, and never is reliable when I need it and has been that way since i got it.
