About this app

VINALED Chat is an internal work platform exclusively for employees of VINALED Joint Stock Company.
The application runs on the company's private server system, not a public messaging platform.

The application is only for employees who have been granted accounts. Outsiders cannot register independently.

WORK-BASED CHAT
• Private messaging with individual colleagues and group messaging by department and project
• Contact list grouped by department; view the list of employees in the department you open
• Send photos, documents, emojis, and stickers
• Tag colleagues in messages, tag the whole group when needed
• Use emotes, reply directly to a message, pin important messages to the top of the room
• Search for people, chat rooms, and message content
• Voice and video calls between employees
• View large images, zoom in to clearly read text content in images

INTERNAL BULLETIN BOARD
• Company-wide bulletin board for posting announcements and official decisions
• Individual department bulletin boards
• Internal messages for congratulations, sharing, and recognizing colleagues
• Administrators designate departments or individuals authorized to post
• Documents posted on the bulletin board are read-only, with no download button
• On Android app, News Feed screen blocks screenshots based on operating system mechanisms

ASSIGNMENT AND TRACKING
• Assign tasks directly in the chat room, with recipients and deadlines

• Tasks screen summarizes all tasks from all chat rooms

• Filter by tasks assigned to me, tasks I've assigned, unfinished, overdue, completed

• Mark as completed and quickly open the original chat room of the task

INTERNAL SURVEYS

• Create multiple-choice surveys, view results by percentage as soon as someone votes

• Choose participation scope: company-wide, by department, by chat room, or assign individual tasks
• Set deadlines by date and time
• Options to select multiple options, allow viewers to add options
• Options to hide results before voting and hide voter names

• Pin important surveys to the top of the list

CONTACTS AND PROFILES

• Contacts Company-wide, sorted by department, rank, and then name
• View profile picture, title, and department of each person
• Click on a person to immediately open a private chat
• Update profile picture and change password in Personal Profile
• Each person can choose their own font size and font type, customizable across all devices

AUTOMATIC GREETINGS
• The system automatically posts birthday greetings and anniversary greetings for each employee
• Post to the company-wide internal news and departmental bulletin board for that person
• Administrators can enable/disable and select posting times during the day

ADMINISTRATION AND SECURITY
• Administrators create employee accounts, assign departments, titles, and ranks

• Assign permissions by scope: employee management, bulletin board posting permission, survey creation permission, data export permission

• Export message data to CSV file by chat room, employee, department, or company-wide
• All data • Stored on VINALED's private server, not sent to third-party platforms.

• New message notifications are given via an in-app ringtone, with an on/off button.

The app uses the same account as the web version at chat.vinaled.com. For any account-related questions,
