About this app

Vinaro is the mobile companion to the vinaro.app platform for vineyard and winery management. Whatever you record in the field, in the cellar or in the warehouse is instantly visible to your colleagues and managers.

A Vinaro account is required. Access is granted by the estate owner or manager, and the app menu adapts to your role — agronomist, winemaker, storekeeper, crew leader or accountant each see their own sections.

FIELD
• Vineyard work: spraying, pruning, irrigation, harvest — with rows and varieties, labour and machine hours, materials and automatic stock write-off.
• Scouting: inspections with photos, findings and measurements; assign an inspection to a colleague.
• Spray records with product, dose and area.
• Harvest records by row and vine.
• Phenology by variety: current and next stage with a growing-degree-day forecast, weekly weather risks (downy and powdery mildew, frost, heat) with "Plan a treatment" and "Assign an inspection" actions.
WINERY
• Scan a vessel QR label to open its card: contents, batch, latest analysis, history.
• Cellar operations at the tank: racking with gross and fine lees accounting, destemming with stem percentage, custom operation types.
• Lab analyses, including the estate's own metrics with target ranges.
• Additions with stock write-off and wine transfers between vessels.

WAREHOUSE
• Scan items and storage locations.
• Receiving, shipping, transfers, stock counts, pallets, purchase orders and reservations.

TASKS AND NOTIFICATIONS
• My tasks and works, status changes, closing comments, delegation.
• Push notifications about new assignments, deadlines and weather risks.

FINANCE
• For managers and accountants: booked expenses, category summaries, analytics.

WORKS OFFLINE
Field records and cellar operations can be entered without a connection — they are saved on the phone and synced as soon as you are back online.

SECURITY
Data travels over an encrypted connection and access tokens are kept in the device's secure storage. The app does not collect location data and shows no ads.
