Would give it zero stars if I could. If you are going to make a product that solely relies on an app to function, you need to invest in that app. Now my supposed "smart" duvet is stupid. Literally cannot use the product that costs hundreds of dollars because the app won't get past a spinning loading screen.

The current issue with the app occurs when it is closed. In this situation, the automatic timer for bed resets to 8:00 a.m., regardless of the previously set time. Additionally, the timer turns on even if it was manually turned off before closing the app. It is my sincere hope that this issue can be promptly addressed and resolved.

I can't get it to do what it should? Open to suggestions. I set the temp to lowest, as it's 30C plus in Perth Aus, but it doesn't cool properly. What am I doing wrong? We have resorted, as it's so heavy, to no duvet, just a sheet. So back to square one. I'm disappointed as I really wanted this to work for us. My darling gets hot at night, and it was a surprise Xmas pressie. No idea now Leon
