Very poor experience. Used this service 3 times. First one was a half hr wait (ok). Second one said it would be a half hr but was actually well over an hr. Third time they were a no show. Agent on the phone was completely disinterested.

Terrible experience the busses will show up over a hour late, or way to early. Driver's take turns that are not needed. I would understand the turns if the needed to make anymore stops. Honestly maybe trying to get paided more. Do not use this app.
