I don't often write reviews, but I thought I'd be the first for this app. It looks fantastic. It's a basic food lookup app with portion suggestions and a way to keep track of personal trigger food. This is everything I wanted. No ads, no asking for money. I've double-checked the information it gives. A+ for accuracy. And the resources used are reputable. No bells or whistles like recipes, or grocery lists, but I don't care. It is exactly what I was looking for, and it will aid me immensely.

Just downloaded the app, and already I am seeing a ton of foods on the list as ok to eat that are foods to avoid on the list my dr gave me. I was hoping for a more detailed list so it would take the guess work out of things that arent on the list my dr gave me. Did not want to carry around a paper copy and it doesn't have a lot of foods on the paper copy. The main foods I saw that were on the list on here that were ok to eat that were specific not to eat by my dr was broccoli, cabbage, gr bells.
