I was recently put on this diet to see what was triggering my symptoms and I find this very helpful to see what I can eat and to avoid. Turns out I was pretty much doing this diet already without knowing but still needed to eliminate some things, not many but some. This app is super helpful. Although I did get some printouts but this is a little better.

I don't often write reviews, but I thought I'd be the first for this app. It looks fantastic. It's a basic food lookup app with portion suggestions and a way to keep track of personal trigger food. This is everything I wanted. No ads, no asking for money. I've double-checked the information it gives. A+ for accuracy. And the resources used are reputable. No bells or whistles like recipes, or grocery lists, but I don't care. It is exactly what I was looking for, and it will aid me immensely.

Why does this app contain so much typo? very often the last letter is missing. Images are clearly AI. Looks like the whole app was develop with it. Could the names be fixed at least? There is a list of many identical "Gluten free" ingredients and the generated image is not always clearly showing what it is. otherwise, the app seams to be easy to use.
