VINinventory is the mobile inventory app from VINspector LLC for vehicle lots, yards, and dealerships. Staff scan VIN barcodes in the field, build a count list, and upload results securely to your organization’s VINinventory account.
Built for operational speed — not consumer browsing. VINinventory helps teams complete accurate yard counts with minimal typing and clear workflow on the device.

WHO IT IS FOR
VINinventory is a business app for customers with a VINspector service agreement. Access is limited to users provisioned by your organization. You will need a username and password supplied by your employer or account administrator.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your assigned credentials.
2. Select the yard or location you are counting.
3. Scan VIN barcodes (or enter them manually).
4. Review vehicles added to your count list.
5. Save the inventory when the count is complete.
Counts are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in secure VINinventory cloud infrastructure for reporting and operational use by your organization.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
The camera is used only to read VIN barcodes — not to record photos or video. The app does not collect GPS location, advertising identifiers, or marketing analytics. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the app or at:
