Vintro Pro is inventory software for people who work with one-of-a-kind pieces: antique and vintage dealers, second-hand shops, charity shops, artists, makers and jewellers.
No two pieces are the same. That is why ordinary retail software does not fit: it counts quantities of the same article. Vintro Pro counts one example per piece, with its own photos, its own purchase price and its own story.
WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
• Add a piece where you buy it — at a market, an auction or in someone's home. Take a photo, fill in a price, done.
• You get a unique item number automatically, so two pieces can never be mixed up.
• Let AI write the sales text from your photo and your data, straight away in Dutch, French and English.
• Print labels with a QR code, either to a Zebra label printer or to an ordinary sheet of labels. Scan that code later with your phone and the right piece is in front of you.
• Share your own public catalogue with customers, always up to date.
• Put pieces on the shared marketplace, where buyers find them alongside those of other dealers.
FOR YOUR BOOKKEEPING
• Margin VAT is calculated the way it works in Belgium: per declaration period, across all your margin sales together, with a pdf overview to hand to your bookkeeper.
• A closing stock figure on any given date, at purchase price — the number that belongs on your balance sheet.
• Export documents with commodity codes, ready for customs.
• Draft invoices that land straight in Odoo, on the right account.

You use the same account on vintropro.com and in this app. What you enter at the market is waiting on your screen at home.

What’s new
Saving now shows what is happening: the button keeps spinning until your photos, your video and your list are ready, instead of showing "Saved" and then going quiet. "Bezig met opslaan..." is translated into French and English. And the way back from Vintro Shop led to an empty sign-in screen; that is fixed.
