App saved a return!! was having no luck with any aspects of set up or connection with an older poorly programed app. This one is a goodsend and made configuring camera -329s simple easy and everything worked first shot. lovin the 329s as much as I thought now. Support is superb as I called tech support with old app very frustrated. They worked with me to get app and basic configs. Great group. thanks!

I am unable to download saved videos to my phone via wifi. I downloaded the new app and connected fine. I was able to see live view and all recordings. Settings were capable of being changed on the new app also. However, no recordings will transfer. All settings were double-checked on the phone. I ended up going back to the original app.

Very difficult to get working - I had to actually disable the google vpn (android phone), not just shut it off. Documentation provides no real trouble shooting help for dashcam (A329), none for the app. You will need to do your own trouble shooting even if you call/contact support.
