I am unable to download saved videos to my phone via wifi. I downloaded the new app and connected fine. I was able to see live view and all recordings. Settings were capable of being changed on the new app also. However, no recordings will transfer. All settings were double-checked on the phone. I ended up going back to the original app.

Having issues downloading and locating your files? I have a Samsung Note 22 and I was having that issue. I would see the message download complete and the file wouldn't be in my photo gallery. After checking all of my settings for the phone and my Viofo A329 I stumbled on the fix. As soon as you download a file and you see the download complete then you will see a button/option thay says "file synchronization ", hit that button/option and that file will be sent to your photo gallery to be viewed

Version 2.0.02 is improved. However it still needs to connect to the dashcam before the app is usable. Offline functionality is needed so that settings can be changed when away from the car, with auto transfer on next connection.
