Super App! The last little piece of the puzzle for a wonderful taxi service that I've used exclusively now ever since I moved to Tucson to retire here 10 years ago. This App was about all they could do to make an excellent product even better. Living in New York City and other busy hustle bustle cities North and East keeps you taxi prone and this company hires great people and their transportation is always first class. Keep up the great work!

Please help! I have always loved VIP and loved your app. However, since the last update it has kicked all my information out. When I try to enter it again it says my email is already connected to another account, yet I can't get to my account. It has a message on the bottom that says, "if you already created a password before..." and then it cuts off. I don't know what the rest of the message says. I really don't want to use a different email, can you please help me get this fixed?

Needs to have access to your complete contact listing, an unnecessary invasion of privacy.... I'll book using my phone, that works just as well. The service is great, the app - not so great!
