Click on: Next

Select Location: Hyderabad. (Rainbow vista) - Default location

Click on Book meeting button – It will navigate to next view.

In that we have to enter Meeting Name, After entering Meeting Name it will show Alert Dialog , Do you need a room , Click on No.

After that click on Confirm booking at bottom of the screen , it will show alert Dialog, In that Click on Add later , It will navigate to our Your Meeting has been booked screen.

and Select <<"Home button">> (Bottom Image)

then move to the Home screen


Basically, this app is used to check available meeting rooms, book meeting rooms, invite participants .

Select "Invite guests" from the menu

Date: select "current date" or "future date"
and Select

From TIME: & To TIME:

and select >> In Right side - Invite Participants Button (Above To date )

then >> click "Ok" << (in Alert message)

Search name "Sree Mukanya" and select and click "invite"

then<< Click "Next">> in Bottom of the screen
Then move to the Book meeting view.

Click below "ConfirmBooking" for the next view

and Select <<"Home button">> (Bottom Image)
then move to the Home screen .

What’s new

VIP smart Building app -Book a meeting room for a meeting with or without parking allotment and invite your participants in just a few taps on your phone. If you just want to invite someone without booking a room it is even simpler. In both cases, the invitees will be pre-registered. They will receive an invitation by SMS and only need to scan their submitted QR code to get a visit certificate and possibly also a parking permit. SMS invitation will give meet point direction too.
