You can login with your QNB Mobile and Internet Banking user name and password, or if you forgot your credentials, you can securely reset through the App. If you have not registered yet, you can simply register selecting Register Now. If you are not yet a QNB customer, you still can enjoy many of our services.

the app is alright and easy to navigate, albeit a little slow on my device! the only issue I've had with it is for a time i stopped receiving OTP SMS messages for transaction completion and correct PIN code SMS messages to log into the account. for anyone facing the same issue — it is an issue with the mobile carrier, not the QNB application. make sure to restart your device and check if there are any updates to the messaging system of your mobile provider.

A good bank is known in times of trouble. QNB failed that test completely. Unauthorized transactions while I’m abroad: impossible to reach by phone, WhatsApp support is a fiction, and even their complaint form doesn’t work. When you actually need the bank, QNB is simply unreachable.

The app has many positive points. However, there is a negative point that ruins the whole experience, when I open the application many times it doesn't show any of my accounts, and sometimes it doesn't show my cards, and those often happen at critical moments. For example I want to pay my prepaid card to pay online for the taxi trip. I expect a better application experience from the largest bank in Qatar.
