Ratings and reviews

The moment it snows or it rains or the wind picks up the internet goes down. This is the last time, the next time this hapens I will move to someone else. A1 is not competent anymore. This app is also not good, lags, not able to report any problems like the one now (internet goes up and down). They don't even provide updates on what is happening and when the issues will be resolved. They only care about companies, the moment you want to report an issue they turn off the support phones.

This is an app so the company can say we have an app. It dosn't work and can be add vredit with a card and the apps crash all the time. Overall is like you instal GTA 5 on pentium 2.

The worst company for telecommunications, the customer support is not responding in days , even weeks. When you call they don't know what to do just tell you to go to the store or wait. They also limit the speed of the internet upfront, from the first day of the cycle, not after reached data limit. The app is very limited , outdated look and features.
