ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS APP! It's the absolute worst experience that I've ever dealt with in a sportsbook app. HORRIBLE customer service. They messed up my onboarding verification process...entering incorrect information. And then my wife signs up. That goes smooth, until she goes to withdraw her winnings. They claim to have an instant withdraw option, back to your debit card...NOPE. So your money is floating in LaLa land. They're more interested in fixing their bugs, than helping you.

No way to withdraw. Venmo is not supported like most major sportsbooks Debit card withdrawal is "temporarily unsupported." They make it real convenient to use a debit card to add $ to bet on, but you can't use it to withdraw? Total scam. The online bank portion is not working either. I think this is on my banks end but now I stuck in withdrawal hell.

I thought it was cool that they had a great VIP program. I bet a lot and met the criteria to receive rewards. They never lived up to their promises or promotions, each time trying to convince me to take smaller offers. One time, my rep told me to purchase some very expensive tickets and he promised to pay me back. After promising that they'd reimburse for 6 months, he just ghosted me. Terrible app, even worse people behind it.
