About this app

Scheduling and booking for professionals — invite trusted clients, share a public link when you want, and keep personal time off your bookable calendar.

VIPvybz connects appointment-based professionals with the clients they serve. Set open hours and sessions, organize clients in VIP Circles, and take bookings from the app or a web link. Clients keep appointments in one place and can message you in the app.

You choose who sees which times. Invite regulars into Trusted. Stay fully private, or share a public booking page and optionally appear in Discover when you want new clients.

CORE FEATURES

• VIP Circles: Invite clients by email or access code. Gate availability so only the people you choose can book private hours. (Manage VIP Circles requires Pro Plan — auto-renewing in-app subscription. Extra named VIP Circles require a VIP Circles add-on.)
• Optional public booking: Share a booking link or QR. Clients can book in a browser without installing the app.
• Calendar sync: Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, and your device calendar so personal events can block professional availability.
• Role-aware app: Professionals, staff, and clients each see tools that match their role.
• Multi-location: Manage more than one business site. (Pro Plan includes one location; additional locations require an in-app purchase.)
• Optional add-ons: team roster, group/class sessions, CRM/automation, and recreational leagues — each sold separately in-app.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your professional account and publish open hours or sessions.
2. Invite existing clients with an email invite or access code — or share your public booking link for new interest.
3. Clients book available times. You manage the schedule, messages, and (if enabled) payments in one place.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Core use of VIPvybz is free. Some professional tools require an auto-renewing in-app subscription:

• Manage VIP Circles (base Public, Referred, and Trusted) — requires Pro Plan. Extra named VIP Circles require a VIP Circles add-on.
• Manage Vybz Circles (session collections) — requires Pro Plan plus the Vybz Circles add-on.
• Manage Team — requires Pro Plan plus the Team add-on.
• Manage Team Circles — requires the Team add-on plus the Team Circles add-on.
• Manage Schedule Circles — requires the Schedule Circles add-on (for staff).
• Integrations (CRM and automation) — requires Pro Plan plus the Integrations add-on.
• Locations — Pro Plan includes one site; additional locations require an in-app purchase.
• Groups (group/class sessions clients can book) — standalone add-on; does not require Pro Plan.
• League Pass (create and join leagues) — standalone add-on; does not require Pro Plan.
• Other optional add-ons shown in the app include Analytics Insights, Boost, and Clinical Notes.

Subscription title, length, and localized price are shown in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
