This application is connected to the contactless application for you hotel guest rooms and F&B outlets powered with following features:

- Receive food and request for other departments(spa, laundry,housekeeping,
frontdesk) in real time.

- Notifications for every incoming order.

- Request details including room or table number from where the guest
ordered.

- Different stages for catering to different types of requests.

- History of all orders.

- Please use the login credentials provided by VServe Pro-Techt team to
access the application.

What’s new

Order alerts now arrive reliably while the device is asleep.

- New orders are delivered immediately even in deep sleep, instead of being held until the device wakes.
- Updated for Android 16.
- Fewer setup prompts after signing in, and a clearer message on the rare device that blocks the app in the background.
- Fixed sign-in for mini bar and supervisor accounts, which could previously get stuck on the login screen.
