Awful. No need to have this. My phone went dead at midnight, no way to get in. Why do we always try to invent something when a problem doesn't exist? Just use the manual keypad with remote access code change. This is unnecessary.

Absolute trash - Had me sign up. Told me my check in time was 3 hrs earlier and then would not let me check in. Can't reach ANYONE on the app. Had to contact the hotel directly to confirm the ORIGINAL ck in time. ABSOLUTELY USELESS! If I could give negative stars, I would.
