terrible, we have spent about 45 minutes so far and still can't get into the room. will recommend that none of our friends or acquaintances use Local. have called for help and .... nothing

My experience with this app is awful. trying to reach someone about the use of it or the deletion of the information you are forced to give in order to check into a hotel using it is ridiculous.

Absolute trash - Had me sign up. Told me my check in time was 3 hrs earlier and then would not let me check in. Can't reach ANYONE on the app. Had to contact the hotel directly to confirm the ORIGINAL ck in time. ABSOLUTELY USELESS! If I could give negative stars, I would.
