Terrible!!!!! I hope you can fly your planes better than you can develop an app! First I couldn't get past the cookie page, it was frozen. After attempts with uninstalling / reinstalling I managed to get to the register/ login page, but no further, totally frozen again. Rubbish doesn't come close, and it's a shame that I have to give it one star because it doesn't deserve it!

used the app for a number of years, it's now not compatible with my phone, why do they mess about with things that work perfectly well.

Unable to even log in. whoever is in charge of your IT needs replacing Every option in your apps result in "we're experiencing technical issues " i can't even pre-order a meal in Upper Class. can't order a Virgin Red card or buy points. considering the money that I'm spending with your airline, i expect better
