New update and the same non functional items. There's swipe to go back. Have to go into 3 menus just to see my mortgage balance ( through a web browser inside the app) can't view or download mortgage documents. This app is still a slow piece of trash! It's easier and way faster just to access my accounts through a browser iny phone.

We are committed to improving members’ experience and will make sure your feedback is considered as we continue to improve the app. If you are trying to pay your credit card bill, you can do so within the VACU app by selecting the menu at the bottom > Transfers & Payments > Credit Card & Loan Payments.

This used to be a great app until you decided to " upgrade". Now, if I try to use mobile deposit, I enter all of the information and take the required pictures, then it closes the app and sends me back to the sign in screen. Absolutely worthless. Why did you decide to take something that was working and replace it with a defective product? I sent a message about this problem through the app a week ago, but have not received a reply. I guess the messaging feature is as reliable as mobile deposit.

Awful app. My account balance is now negative as I keep trying cash different checks to no avail. This critical feature is an abject failure. I've tried multiple different phones, checks & lighting sources. Called member services and was told to keep trying. The alternative is to mail my checks in. I will be forced to change banks as this one's technology is too regressive. Unbelievable.
