This app has definitely got worse. Now won't connect to my hub or TV box to check connection. All my account details now come up as an error. For a communication company that is disgraceful. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled multiple times. No change. Virgin Media get your finger out and show some respect for your customers.

Switched to virgin media last year. Hub has gone wrong 3 times in last 3 months. Almost impossible to get support on the app and support is in a foreign country so you cannot call. The app finally allows you to book an engineer after repeating the app instructions 6 times to turn the router on and off. Chat support lied to me about my contract. They signed me up to a contract I didn't ask for (scam). Would not recommend virgin media to anyone.

I changed my package in November. All that could go wrong has gone wrong. When I changed my package, Virgin media didn't change the mandate. I was then penalised for non-payment when it should have been Virgin media that took the payment. I was then overcharged. I requested that the money should go back into my account. I requested this four times with all sorts of promises from customer service. It was not carried out. Trying to get through on the phone is a total nightmare.
