It does what it says and informs me of problems in my area. The system to check the WiFi has an obvious fault. It asks me to double check the connections to my router. However, the app instantly resets. If it were clever it would know that I've just turned the power off because it asked me to. The problem is never the connections around the house, it's the green box down the end of the road. Someone was supposed to fix it. I don't think they did, and I can't message via the app.

Woeful app! Since linking it with O2 and 'Priority' seldom allows direct access to email facility and, when access can be attained, hitting to go to a prior 'screen' it drops out with an 'oops'! Very disappointing when compared to previous 'non O2' access.

Can't access at all won't let me log on as doesn't recognise my email address , the same one they have just used to send documents to . What a joke . Increase in package by 25 % for a lower service . Can't use on demand or playback . Can't access the app... Can't speak to a human veing ... endless loop of text messages telling me to use WhatsApp or log in to the app . Totally disgusted so voting with my feet and leaving
