Sim card nor recognised, as has been mentioned numerous times on these reviews and all over the Internet. Loads of people having exactly the same problem. Surely somebody must review the feedback and respond.
I'm curious Virgin Media are you reading these reviews. They all have valid points & sound like loyal customer's. Some, like myself in the U.K. have been with cable when it was NYNEX. YOU Shouldn't be too complacent, there's strong contenders out there..... not just SKY ? Reward your customers loyalty, as they afford you there's........
Huge background battery drain so not worth it. Its the highest use on my phone at 23% of battery used, despite being in background. Otherwise, works reasonably well to connect seamlessly to WiFi hotspots. But not worth huge battery drain so uninstalling
Completely useless. Even though I have been a Virgin Mobile subscriber for a month, I repeatedly get the error "We couldn't recognize your SIM." Also, the app is unable to connect to the WiFi Hub 3.0 if you have changed your default SSID or WiFi password.
Awful. Can't put in a VM Username with a Virgin PAYG SIM, but can't use it if I've not topped up recently Can't search for a hotspot without switching on mobile data (which costs £2). Drains battery.
Looks like vaporware to those of us in the corners of the nation. No matter where I look, it says no hotspots found.
