Absolute waste of time. Pretends to set up auto connect and says successful but next time want to set up again. Tech support useless
Been really cheesed off with virgin WiFi at home ever since they "upgraded" us to the"fastest" WiFi available(it's never been as good as it was before) so when the old app was killed, this looked like a good idea. Now it seems to be forever looking g for an alternative connection, but meanwhile I've got no connection. Sat in my living room, 20 feet from my router and its looking elsewhere! As soon as I decide on an alternative supplier, I'm off. Customer support are useless, they just change the channel on the router, which seems to work for an hour or so, they refuse to send somebody out to fix it.
Unreliable and slow. Takes ages to get an IP address from Virgin Media hotspots, and coverage is spotty (residential areas) to non-existent (business parks etc). The Cloud is not always reliable either.
Since last version terrible battery drain in idle mode when connected to the home router. Over 15%! This is ridiculous!
Still not working for me, so good luck trying to setup the auto connect.
