Terrible experience. I paid for a service that I was never able to use. contacted customer support and they just said that they were going to escalate the issue. no resolution ever. the worst company ever. I wonder who is the head leader of this company.

It's really good, except... The Internet is very slow in some areas... Lately it has been slow... Like for a week. Now they tell me that it is because I spent more gigabytes than my "unlimited" plan allows me to spend.

Useless. Cannot refill my account on the app. Says connection error but I have data and 2 different wifis. None of my networks work according to the app. Note it's the only app on my mobile that doesn't get "connection"
