About this app

Virlow is a private workspace for your notes, and the memory your AI assistants share. Your notes are encrypted on your phone with your master password before anything is sent, so we can't read them.

This is the native Virlow app for Android, built in Kotlin. It works with your Virlow account on the web and on iPhone, with the same notes, workspaces and themes, synced live.

YOUR AI, WITH A MEMORY (VIRLOW PRO)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps to Virlow, and they save what they learn about you as encrypted notes. Next conversation, they remember, so you stop repeating yourself. On your phone:
- This week: see what your AI learned, and from which assistant.
- Review: swipe to keep a memory, fix it in place, or forget it.
- People and projects: a page for each, with what's true now and what changed. Thirteen types, from people and places to pets, books and goals.
- The memory graph: see how it all connects, pinch to zoom and tap to open.
- Remember from anywhere: the + button, the share sheet, a Quick Settings tile or a long press on the app icon.
- A Recently learned widget for your home screen.

AN ASSISTANT FOR YOUR NOTES (VIRLOW PRO)
Ask about your notes, and the assistant finds, summarizes and edits them for you, with a line for each note it read or changed and a way to undo it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Notes, titles and attachments are encrypted on your phone with a key from your master password.
- Unlock with your fingerprint, or your face on phones with secure face unlock, and lock automatically when you step away.
- Note titles only appear in widgets if you turn that on.

WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK
- Headings, lists, checklists, quotes, links and images.
- Tables you can edit, and code blocks with syntax colors that you can run.
- Link notes to each other, and see what links back.

ORGANIZED
- Workspaces and folders, each with its own color or emoji.
- Share a workspace with the people you choose. It stays end-to-end encrypted.
- Properties and tags, with filters and sorting.
- Version history, so you can go back to an earlier version of a note.
- Attach files and photos, straight from the camera if you like, and keep files in Storage.
- To-do lists with My Day, due dates, reminders and repeating tasks.

ALWAYS WITH YOU
- Works offline. Edits and new notes sync when you are back online.
- Save links, text and files to Virlow from the share sheet.
- Widgets, Quick Settings tiles and app shortcuts for a quick new note.
- See when another device, or Claude, has the same note open.

Virlow is free with unlimited notes and spreadsheets. Virlow Pro adds AI memories, the assistant, the memory graph, unlimited connected AI apps, a year of version history, 20 GB of files and 1,000 code runs a month. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. Manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions.

What’s new

Report or block someone from a shared workspace, and manage blocked people in Settings. On foldables, drag the sidebar to resize it. Sign up with your first and last name. Fixes and improvements.
