About this app

"My FOP" is a pocket assistant for entrepreneurs on a simplified system. Add income - taxes will be calculated by themselves. No tables, formulas and missed deadlines.

What the application can do

✓ Tax calculation. Single tax (1-3 groups, 3% and 5%), social security contribution and military levy - at current rates. Add income and immediately see: how much is tax, how much is net.
✓ Tax calendar. All payment and declaration deadlines with reminders for 3 days, 1 day and on the day of payment. Mark paid with one touch.
✓ Foreign exchange income. USD and EUR at the NBU exchange rate on the date of receipt - automatically.
✓ Auto-import from Monobank. Connect a personal token - receipts themselves become income. Smart tips: income, personal or expense.
✓ Documents. Acts, invoices and receipts in English — PDF or DOCX in a few seconds.
✓ Declaration. Annual and quarterly amounts in a cumulative total + step-by-step submission instructions.
✓ History. Import past periods from CSV or bank statements — with automatic removal of duplicates.
✓ Multiple sole proprietorships. Keep records of several entrepreneurs in one application.

Privacy above all

All data is stored only on your device. No servers, registrations and transfer of financial information to third parties. Bank token — in a secure storage (Keystore). Login protection with PIN code and biometrics.

Backups — to a file you control: export and restore in one touch. Data for the accountant — in CSV.

For sole proprietors on a single tax: freelancers, developers, designers, consultants, craftsmen — everyone who wants to work calmly, and not calculate taxes manually.

What’s new

• The home screen now shows your next payment: amount, date and days left. Before, it showed 0 for most of the quarter even though that quarter's taxes were already accrued.
• The total due and the tax breakdown now add up.
• Monobank: pick which accounts to import from — income on currency and business accounts is no longer missed.
• Files from iCloud and Google Drive now open in the CSV import picker.
• Minor fixes.
