Learn everything about your Condominium from wherever you are, quickly and easily.

## The tools described below require authorization from your condominium administration. If you have any questions about your access, please contact the administration.##

With the Condominium Area you can:

* Check your condominium account statements;

* View outstanding invoices for your Unit;

* Make reservations for common areas;

* Obtain an updated second copy of your invoices;

* Copy the barcode to make payments through your bank's app;

* Speak directly to your administrator;

* View notices issued by the Administrator and the Condominium Manager;

* View documents such as meeting minutes, bylaws, or accountability documents;

For the building manager:

* View overall or individual unit delinquency rates;

* Register common areas and their rules of use;

* Verify contact information for all residents;

* Publish announcements;

* Check the building's outstanding bills;

* Monitor the consumption of resources such as water, gas, and electricity;
